I began my journey with Restaurant Associates 15 years ago and I'm proud to work for a company that values, recognize, and rewards hard-working associates.
Restaurant Associates Training and Development program is amazing. I expressed my interest in developing a career with RA and management at all levels offered guidance to accomplish this goal. I started as a porter, than become food runner, cashier, barista, catering attendant, catering captain, and currently Director of Catering Services.
At RA, staff is treated with Dignity and Respect and the Golden Rule is applied regardless of your title.
At RA your are valued for your talent and commitment regardless of race, gender, etc.
