Pros

Management was all left to me however due to Covid 19 our business has suffered financially putting myself in a situation whereby income is necessary and the managers above me have allowed me to progress onto another job . It was very busy, the kind of job whereby you would not get a break as lunchtimes and stock checks are constant. I was responsible for the key holding and other staff members.

Cons

Sometimes it felt like too much responsibility at times and very difficult to impress customers continuously is also a job in itself.
