Cons
The schedule is rotated. Certain people have to work every weekend, while the 'pets' get evening and weekends off (the busier times of the day). QM's are not professional and speak unprofessionally about servers struggling with learning the various concepts. Management harasses you on your day off to come work after they just cut your hours. SME's that are supposed to be taking calls like the servers, hide behind doing 'administrative work' but updates are not done. Lots of technical issues because they are too cheap to get decent software. Management does not want to hear ideas from employees. They want to be the ones taking the credit for solutions. High turnover as result poorer quality employees. Training is a joke and leaves servers unsure. They spend too much time attacking the person's character instead of coaching them in a constructive way. It really is disheartening and a crying shame that people this old act like this.
