Awful place to work - Case Manager Restons Solicitors Employee Review

There are some great people who work here. The industry is very interesting. They aim to promote internally.

Bit of a blame culture and not a lot of support in a very difficult working environment. High attrition rate due to unhappy staff.

I enjoyed the professional approach to business processes, the people where great and the salary was competitive.

Some of the management staff were not trust worthy at all. Although i believe these have left the business now.
