Super cool technology and friendly colleagues. Good benefit package.
Cons
The management is dysfunctional. Lots of politics for such a small company. The biggest issue by far is the fact that people have been promoted to positions not because of their managerial abilities but because of their seniority. There is a big disconnect between the management and the rest of the company. The CEO is absolutely rude and self-centered and based on my humble opinion is not effective as a CEO. He is only focused on marketing because that's all he knows. Lots of micromanagement at every level, which defeats the point of hiring professionals.
