Pros
Some lovely people working there, though a vast majority have been cut in the few years since ResultsCX entered the Irish market. Remote working options is the only pro the stands out.
Cons
Stagnant environment, with lots of exciting messaging around positive change but very little actual action. Aside from the mass layoffs that is. They work with a body somewhere that gifts them a “great place to work award”, each year which is their primary recruitment marketing collateral. The main feedback I want to leave people is that the criteria for getting the award isn’t reflective of the work environment and therefore misleading. If you can pressure or incentivize employees enough to give positive feedback they can qualify for the award. It’s as legal as it is dishonest so the company is certainly within their right to do this. However, it means many new employees will have false expectations when starting and the job market is tough enough alread, so I feel obliged to share this with potential new staff. You’ll likely meet some wonderful people in your day to day. Senior management is largely apathetic, unsupportive, and misleading except for a select few. This is where the issues come from.
