      Good commission based pay, training is paid for

      Left in a store environment with no way of the agency intervening if things go awry. They are happy to sit back and not do anything when the store kicks out multiple high achieving brand representatives.

      Pros

      Suitable hours for students, with good pay for the amount of work you have to do. Very relaxed job with great upper management who were always available to help.

      Cons

      Very little training is given on the products you have to sell meaning you have to pretty much learn about the products on the job.
