Sometimes short hours,
Long drives meaning plenty of headspace,
Bread and butter work,
For the most part, everyone was friendly - Had some good laughs with some of the people here
Personal touch due to being family run business

No progression in the field
Unequal pay among engineers
Sometimes the days can be long - and expected if you've not done your contracted hours
Annual leave is difficult to take due to 1 on 1 off weekend rotation, usually ends up being engineer responsibility to find cover/swap with the next local engineer
HR a little too OTT about paperwork being IN BEFORE 9AM MONDAY MORNING
Never really felt recognised for some of the hard graft that got done
