      No pros to work for scammers.

      Cons

      Almost a scam company. They hire you, they pay you twice lower than a market salary than they block your accesses and even don't tell you that you are fired. They do not even give any reason, for that.

      There is tremendous learning due to the nature of it being a startup and being based in CA it is very casual while being professional. There is definitely a lot of empathy within the organization

      It is an evolving organization and with size there are new opportunities and implementations required to help steer the organization in the right direction
