Pros

I started working at RetroCube around three to four years ago as an assistant project coordinator. Having worked in the tech industry for about five years prior, I was not sure I would stick it out in the position for too long. I was mistaken. I found the organizational culture at RetroCube healthier than anywhere else I had worked and though there was always a little pressure around closing and deadlines, the company always did their bit to keep us emotionally healthy and professionally efficient. I’m a senior project manager with RetroCube today and I could not be happier!

Cons

There's not such cons at retro cube, but need streamlined process a bit

Pros

I have been working with RetroCube for a little over two years and have grown immensely as a professional in my time with them. Many of the people I had the pleasure of working with are known and respected industry professionals, some of whom I feel are nothing short of genius. We've taken on scores of projects and delivered on them successfully time after time. I feel it is the company's internal organisational values, dedication to their clients and honest work ethic that has a lot to do with this. By valuing those of us working for the company and giving us an environment in which to grow and improve, RetroCube helps bring out some of our best work, which invariably is among the best even in the global app market. After having worked with other app and mobile tech development firms and companies, I can safety say that the folks here at RetroCube are far more organized and far more meticulous than anyone I have worked with in the past. Here's to a continued successful work relationship.

Cons

There are times when we need to take on and see through high pressure projects but the pressure is probably the worst of it!
