      Pros

      The location (near Granville Island, Vancouver) would be a benefit if it wasn't such an over-crowded tourist attraction.

      Cons

      This company has an extremely toxic work environment. There is no vision or company goal other than to increase revenue. Before I my first day of work, all company staff were informed (without my knowledge or consent) how much I was being paid. I only discovered this months after working there.

      I was given a lot of autonomy on projects. Leadership was very friendly and open to ideas.
