After January 2024 company reduced wages from hourly basis + mileage to payment ONLY for amount of tasks(stops) in route

Pay is okay. Benefits are okay.

Weak leadership. They need to replace almost everyone in leadership positions. No direction. If you want to work in a place where everyone smells each other’s flatulence and basque in it, then apply. If you want to be a leader and be able to challenge the bad norms in their group of Yes Man, then don’t apply. They are not open to change.
