      The remote culture was a pro.

      Cons

      CEO loves talking about Fantasy football like it's a part of the company mission. I had to ask 3 different people on the e-team when commissions would be paid out. It felt like I was chasing my hard-earned funds. Poor Onboarding Plan. Don't pay employees for their 2-week notice. The HR department needs improvement.

      Pros

      Rev is a great company to work with. Everyone within it is brilliant and kind. They always strive for transparency for their customers and their employees.

      I can't think of any downsides.
