      Cons

      Bad pay, the bosses don't know anything and they hire un experienced people to work there. All us really good machinist left and tge programmare has also quit. Nobody cares about anything there.

      They pay on time as promised.

      Cons

      Super high turnover due to poor leadership. If you want to feel like someone is filming a gag real every day this might be the place to work for you. Just when you think they can't say or do anything more illogical/irrational you're in for another surprise!
