      Getting to work with passionate entrepreneurs each day, seeing new products and technologies take shape, seeing the community come together to support growing businesses.

      Cons

      So many entrepreneurs, so little time. It's sometimes difficult to stay focused on the companies that have the best opportunity for success, because all entrepreneurs are passionate and excited about their company!

      Working with smart entrepreneurs and one of the most experienced venture development teams in the US!

      Cons

      Working with early stage founders and technologies is energizing, but also very hard work! Need to be passionate about building companies and community.

      * Non-profit, focused on building the startup community. * Working with smart entrepreneurs, getting access to the latest technologies/innovations * Fun, fast-paced environment (and great offices and perks!) * Open, transparent culture that is focused on individual and team development

      * Can't help every startup due to the small team and non-profit nature.
