7yOur company prides itself on paying a competitive rate, including bonuses for those who perform. Bonuses and raises are given to the employees in writing, to avoid any misunderstandings. In addition, at the beginning of each month, our collectors meet with their Supervisor/Team Lead to review their previous month’s numbers.
During those meetings, they also review the current month’s goals and expectations. Our management staff, and Team Leads are always present and on the collection floor to coach our associates and support to great performance. They are easily approachable and accessible.
We have a large percentage of employees who are single parents and we strive to offer them flexibility when necessary to attend to their childcare/family needs.
Again, the standards are given to all employees in writing. If there are changes, those are discussed in employee meetings, and provided to the employees.
Our employees are encouraged to communicate with their supervisor, manager, or Human Resources with any concerns.
