      The owner actually cares about your well being. Chris take input from his employees were as most CEOs could careless what employees have to say.

      Cons

      Some times there is no cups in the kitchen. This sucks when you need a drink of coffee and there is not a cup to be found.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for over a year and a half now and growing a business has been the best experience I have ever had in my career. We aren't treated as just employees, but actual people here. Chris takes the time to make sure we are all doing the best we can!

      Cons

      To be honest there isn't any cons in my eyes. But then again when you enjoy what you do, you have nothing to complain about!
