Pros

Years ago there were many, however times have changed and management is stuck in 2010. The only Pros are falsely listed by RN management, which asks us to post good reviews to help in recruiting efforts. Once the forerunner of the rewards business for restaurants while simultaneously offering capital through member performance, the end is near. No pros to list, but watch for management assisted posts to offer fairy tale goodwill.

Cons

Deception in hiring practices that project earnings that are unobtainable. Usage of earnings models of existing Account Executives whose territory / assignment that was built before presiding management team will not be duplicated and those depicted are earning less than 3 years ago. In February of 2016 a management email ( sent on a Friday ) threatened everyone with termination if Capital related sales did not hit their artificially high budget. Then only 7 months later management directives were forced to adjust demands because they had limited capital to offer. So now there is a 180 degree shift to focus on a Marketing Services product - they have no clue on how to run a company, motivate employees and know what direction to turn before this once proud ship hits the rocks.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
