My favorite company - ROC Engineer Rewst Employee Review

You are constantly faced with new things to learn, if you love learning/being challenged then you will fit right in. Benefits are great especially compared to other places I have worked in the past.

As with any fast growing company there are growing pains. Everything is super fast paced and it can be hard to keep up.

I met some great people who are now my colleagues/friends they were all laid off too

Cons: My time at Rewst was destabilizing and scary. Leadership policed employees and came across as vindictive and petty. Expectations were unclear, and when concerns were raised, leadership pretended to listen but never followed through. Most hires were from Marco, and there were four rounds of layoffs. People felt scared all the time, and the environment was tough. Leadership took no accountability, set unrealistic goals, and the product didn’t work as promised. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would not apply here.
