Honestly, none. All you see will see are colleagues packing their stuff and leaving the company for good.
Cons
Everything thing you do, you will watched (micro-managed). Company is run by a fer German Directors and a German CEO. Either they are racists against Asians or they just prefer females. They will not hesitate to terminate you whether you did or did not do a good job.
