      Pros

      *Strong ethical commitment to their work (helping patients, running trials with skill and integrity), managing the company and staff with respect and transparency. I feel this from everyone I’ve interacted with. *Employees are focused, friendly, skilled and team-oriented. * Company is growing, and has been even over the pandemic. This is well-managed so staff I’ve interacted with do not seem overstretched. * Enjoying the experience of working with Rho. * Female CEO, family owned.

      Cons

      Being Remote requires more interactions with core team to get admin taken care of.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Rho. I think especially if you’re looking to break into this industry it’s a great place to start. The people i work with are all amazing. Flexible hours and work life balance is amazing.

      Cons

      Limited growth. They don’t have any senior IHCRA positions. There have been some random layoffs. There is not a lot of PTO but the remote work and flexibility makes up for it in my opinion. I do think they could pay more as well.
