      Everything is about money to this place the vice president makes way to much money as do all the higher ups. I thought this place was supposed to be about animals

      -Work with Animals -Have opportunities to learn

      -Little pay and raises are not an option cause the organization does not make enough -People with little to no experience are promoted and rewarded -Communication has been a problem and the solution is always another slack channel -No HR

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about their employees. You literally get told that you’re replaceable. Work environment is like high school.
