      Pros

      Good opportunity to gain teaching experience. Pretty flexible with time off, as long you have someone that can cover for you. Ideal for part-time work. Over-all pleasant work environment. Working with clients was overall enjoyable.Customer service oriented.

      Cons

      Work hours are mostly evenings and weekends and it can be a gossipy work environment. The pay rate isn't very high.

      Pros

      This is a creative place to work. RRPT has unique teaching opportunities and is a great place to gain experience. The compensation is competitive with other studios in the area. I enjoyed working with my co-workers and the families.

      Cons

      This is a very small company so some opportunities are limited. There are a limited number of hours available so employees can be competitive for them.
