      -Food was good -Tips were ok because food was pretty expensive - Customers were usually nice because it was a family restaurant

      - Not the best work environment looking back on it - Pay was low - Management was not always understanding

      Amazing staff that have become a true family. Great guest that have been coming some since the day the restaurant opened. The best BBQ on the Coast

      I can not think of any because I absolutely love my job and work family

      Pros

      Everyone treated each other as family and genuinely took pride in their craft.

      Cons

      Corporate became a very distant. You ended up becoming just a number on a paper instead of a person who gave years to the company.
