Exciting projects, big name clients, big problem solving capabilities

tight deadlines, entertain demanding clients but the clients appreciate it.

If you work mostly with certain project managers, it's there's pretty good support and direction. In general they're very accommodating to work-life balance if you're having issues outside of work.

Certain members of the senior team fly into angry tirades on a weekly basis in a very public way. Compensation & PTO are lacking. Too much focus on billable time, they'll invite to you come in on days off to work on maintenance tasks and stretch projects. Design team is tasked with too-many non-design related responsibilities. This leads to not just a bottleneck on projects but leads to burnout since one person is "owning" architectural markups, architectural interior design reference, sign design concepts, sign design packages with full counts, creating sign content, providing verbiage, permitting documents, local ordinance checks, production art for 11+ machines and even more production techniques, color matching, production tests, documentation, file management, troubleshooting, and extremely little cross-checking from others before production so you own all the mistakes that invariably make it through.
