Pros
I was lucky enough to get a diverse experience at Ricoh. It is very much luck of the draw, there is a lot of incompetent people in all levels of the business but also a lot of highly talented people that are good to work with.
Cons
Doesn't feel like there is much opportunity to learn, grow, develop or progress. If you find yourself working with inept people, don't expect them to leave or go any time soon.
