Unfair treatment of employees - Manager Riddell Kurczaba Employee Review

The leadership team has an open door policy that encourages staff to provide feedback and comments on how to work smart, develop, create and maintain a good culture. Staff are considered to be individuals and adults, there is a give and take environment which is great for those need a flexible work environment. Promotion from within is encouraged. Colleagues are welcoming and generally warm and friendly.

Would like to see more of a learning environment. Working in silos or 'clicks' results in not enough awareness of the whole group and bigger picture.

Great work culture. Great support system. Great place for career growth.
