Normal stuff: nurse to patient ratio especially when people call out

Longevity within the department lending to knowledgable staff. As per diem staff, I've been able to work as few or as many hours as I want. Great flexibility and nice hours.

Not a whole lot of cons. The department functions quite well. People generally get along and work hard. Weekends are required but I prefer them, so not a con to me.
