Pros
An environment that appreciates creative minds, diverse thinkers, versatility and positive change. Employee engagement is very important and taken seriously. Appreciation and recognition is regularly highlighted and rewarded. Great promotion rate, encourages and supports career progression.
Cons
Not a Con for most that thrive in such environments, but being a remote Company, you have to be happy working remotely ( however there is optional choice of travelling in to the Head office ).
