I found hard at the beginning to connect with coworkers also due to the coronavirus pandemic and the remote work, but Ridgemont is now organising team building activities including virtual games and quiz nights so I would not consider this s a downside of the job anymore

I absolutely love it at Ridgemont!! It’s fantastic to be part of organisation that actually really cares about its employees and is focused on creating such a positive and inclusive company culture. They’re a step ahead of most of the law firms I’m aware of, injecting personality, values and warmth through the business.
