Management at this facility is open to ideas when presented in a professional manner; also responds to persistence.,

Company has changed policy and does not pay full-time hourly staff (instructors) for mandatory days off such as holidays. Incredible. Placement support is not provided equally across disciplines. For each five hours of i-class teaching, only one hour of paid time is provided to instructors.
