      Disturbing - Claims Manager Riedel Employee Review

      Pros

      They provide you with employee ins. Just don't try to use it. The ins. Does not cover much. During Christmas they give their employees 75% discount however you only have a week to use it.

      Cons

      There's no room for growth they don't see you for who you are, but rather for what you look like, if you don't perceive the high class perception that they want your not going to advance. You have to be willing to gravel and kiss feet in order to make decent salary.

      Pros

      Company organizes some nice events, dismisses earlier for holidays, summer hours, lunch on some occasions, Christmas bonus 1,000-60,000 - depending how close you are to distributing manager.

      Cons

      Absentminded management, unprofessional environment to possible extremes, hard work is not recognized and does not benefit, demands are very high, salaries kept at low, chances for annual 2-4% increase a very realistic though. Manipulative style of management, poor communication and employee is always wrong. Personal life is not recognized and unacceptable, unless you live it within the company. Shady business.
