big Italian managerial company, lots of good people and challenges, good place to learn processes and to grow, high performance, overall very positive experience

Nothing in particular, the company is big and it depends on who you work with and who’s your manager, everyone experience is different. When Carrier arrived, after couple of years many of the staff functions were delocalized abroad, which added insane burocracy to the daily job and increased risk of dealing with company functional stupidity
