Pros

Great snacks and the people are cool.

Cons

I have never worked somewhere where everyone talks about how miserable they are all the time. Employees are underpaid and overworked. Communication is so poor depending on your manager. Some managers work with you and care about your development, other managers are sloppy and frantic and have zero ability to lead and teach. There is simultaneously not enough to do and too much to do. The work is intensely confusing if you do not have a background in it, and they do little to onboard you and help it make sense. Was there for a couple years but I could not get out fast enough. Unless you have an interest or background in engineering, construction, or government work, you will have a hard time enjoying your work and finding satisfaction in your performance.

Pros

Healthcare. That is literally about it.

Cons

Working here means navigating an incredibly toxic environment where executive and senior leadership talk down to adult employees like children, gossip about staff behind their backs, and actively foster a culture of gaslighting. There is zero clear direction for the work they want completed, yet management will aggressively blame you and treat you like the problem the moment their own lack of planning causes a project to stall. Promotions are entirely unfair and arbitrary. Even worse, this is a deeply unsafe environment for marginalized individuals; racist and sexist remarks from senior leadership are swept under the rug with no consequences, valid ADA accommodation submissions are ignored, and management routinely pits marginalized employees against each other. The toxicity isn’t just internal, either; leadership regularly talks trash about the very clients, partners, and communities they serve. For a company whose entire branding is built on engagement, trust, and community, the hypocrisy is staggering. They do a terrible job of building trust internally and show utter contempt for their partners externally.
