‘Worst Company’ to work with ! - Anonymous employee Right Advisors Employee Review

Hi, I have lately worked with this So called Right advisors, which is not at all right. My best advise to sit at home rather joining this jail, it’s not company it’s next to jail. I had worst experience with this company. Even the positive reviews you read on their website or glassdoor all are fake they push their own employees to write positive feedback on their website and glassdor even if they do not want. They publicly humiliate people who do not write these reviews. So don’t decide to join this company based on these positive reviews all are fake written by their own employees without their wish. Owners of this company are gold medalist in micromanagement, whole day they do meetings, give you Gyan sessions not let you concentrate on your work either they will make you busy in meeting or kept yelling on you for not achieving your targets.They expect freshers to achieve their numbers in 1 month while so called leader or team leader of this company do nothing and never achieve their numbers. Right Advisors owner wife is gold medallist in playing politics, deducting poor people salaries,delaying salaries, never give incentives and joining bonus on time. She wait for people to leave so that they can save their incentives, She keep yelling on the team at the floor, humiliate people to the core and never appreciate your hard work and keep on comparing people and she is best in giving negative feedback of the employees who leave this company even on good note and serve proper notice period. They have people who will monitor your all activities and keep informing the owners what you do whole day, the moment you step in they will click your picture and send for the record what time you’ve entered the company and even if you’re 5 minutes late they will deduct your half day. they record your laptop screen whole day. All they Do whole day is meetings without even any agenda push you to sit late ask you to work on Almost all weekend. It’s not at all 5 days company it’s 7 days that to 24*7. Owner will keep sending you text starting from 6am in the morning till mid night don’t even leave on you weekend. My best advise for all fresher and experienced people do not waste your career joining this pathetic organisation. Their work culture is worst and all the positive reviews you see on their website and glassdor all had been forcefully pushed to write the people working there and they don’t have any choice have to do it. If you want roller coaster work life balance which can shake your entire life you should join this company and explore the Journey you will regret whole life.
