Will charge you back every meal and expense you ever spent. Very poorly written contracts that are designed to "ask you what training you want" so when you mention anything and they send you to it they can charge it back to you. Unethical practices with customers. They exist solely as a personal spending apparatus for senior management. No thought or care is given to employee well being, advancement or growth. Bottom line, look elsewhere or you'll regret it.
