- Senior management is smart and ethical. Making a lot of effort to communicate and engage staff - Majority of colleagues take the mission and values seriously. Many friendly smart people to work with - Overall good workplace culture - Ongoing focus on improvement, harnessing data and tech - Good learning and development opportunities
Cons
- Not really cons but still has untapped potential and a lot of work needed to improve processes. Having to do more with less - Challenges in business environment (not unique to RightShip)
