Rightech is in the business of providing gainful employment for our employees, as well as creating value and competitive advantages for our clients, for more than 21 years now. With this our 22nd year poised to be one of our best years yet in terms of the number of people we employ and customers we serve, time has proven the worth of our company and the executive team that directs it. Rightech prefers, wherever possible, to build its internal team with entry level employees and promote from within to fill the more senior positions. We provide an opportunity for these entry level employees to build a career in what we consider a very exciting and lucrative industry. Unfortunately, not every opportunity we try to create works out in the end. We are a people company, and we pride ourselves on the integrity we bring to the relationships that we build – both with our clients and with our employees. We do not go around using the internet as a playground to spread untruths and innuendos for our own personal agenda. The simple truth is that our employees come to work every day because they make a conscious choice to be here – because they recognize the opportunities we provide and they want to take advantage of them. No one comes to work because they are afraid of losing their pay check. Not in this economy. And no one certainly comes to work to make disparaging comments about other employees. This is a place of business, not a school yard. Our employees would not tolerate such behavior and neither would management. They are here to build a career and to make more money than they might otherwise make in alternate industries.
