Bonuses are awarded based on a variety of factors, including meeting goals, but quality does play a part in these bonuses being awarded. We also take your comments about shift patterns seriously, we will continue to review and refine our scheduling policies to ensure that our employees are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
