I've worked at all the big agencies and consultancies and have always believed the heart of any company is the people and culture. Very few companies actually walk the talk. I have to say that I have been very impressed with Rightpoint. Leadership has the right idea and has a constant focus on people and culture. Keep doing the company meetings every other week...and keep your focus on DEI.
Cons
I realize you want to create a flexible work environment for your people, and have decided to create a hybrid (in office / remote) plan for post COVID. I'm skeptical of this and worry it could hurt RP's awesome culture which was built on in-person events, chilli cook-offs, Movember, happy hours, etc. I would love to see RP leadership encourage more in-person events, etc. post COVID to keep the culture alive and strong.
