Pros
Incredible talent - only A players who are smart, fun, and driven. One of the most talented groups of people I've ever worked with.
Product - the Rigor product is easy-to-use and solves a major business pain point. The usability, reliability, and unique value prop mean a major market advantage. Rigor has proprietary offerings that other vendors are 2 years behind in developing.
Culture - flexible vacation, 401k match, good health insurance, prof development budget for every employee, 2 free lunches/week, unlimited snacks & drinks, champagne fridge for celebrations, community service events as a team...all with great people who care about Rigor and their work. Doesn't get much better :)
Cons
Located in the Atlanta Tech Village (awesome) which is on a "hot corner" of Buckhead near 400 (not awesome). Traffic and the parking deck can be tricky but being close to Marta and flexible work hours help.
If you want someone to tell you exactly what to do or don't like change, Rigor's not the place for you. We move fast and are learning as we go.
