      Professional environment, supportive of instructor development, treated with respect

      Sometimes too much time is spent on PD. Skills can stagnate because program is so fixed.

      The hourly rate was good. And can work closely with the professor. There is flexibility.

      Cons

      There wasn't a promotion. It may take time to read all the collected papers and maybe late at night when you finish reading the papers.
