Terrible example of Singapore management - Relationship Manager Rikvin Employee Review

Rikvin gives every employee an opportunity to shine in their individual role. Sometimes its not nice to get micro managed however rikvin does gives all its employees the additional support and care they need to grow within the company

With good comes the bad. Rikvin provides a high stress environment for work. There are always deadlines to meet, performance evaluation, checklists and so on. They are way too meticulous about their customers, so sometimes the affect comes on to the staff. We had to to make sure everything is done within a set period of time within their standard. And rikvin maintains a high standard. Sometimes I felt its unnecessary.

A fast moving company who always think out of the box to serve it client well. Happy clients makes employees happy as it is a positive environment. Never seen a company in the same industry who happily allow staff to by 5.30 pm Great benefits, caring management team, team spirit, everyone from senior to management to rank and file employees embrace the company culture.
