Pros
This company is a great place to work because senior staff offer growth opportunities while keep expectations manageable. We don’t have ego problems or staff politics/drama (that I’ve experienced at least) and the staff is friendly and supportive. Since we’ve been working from home, they’ve tried to keep us all in the loop about what’s going on in terms of business outlook, sent care packages, and the CEO even schedules Zoom check-ins with junior staff. They’ve proven they care about mental health (and even gifted light therapy for the holidays) and have scheduled regular calls and workshops with a speaker on race and inequality issues. They really try to do the right thing. While we were in the office, the staff environment is usually casual but focused. Most of the people employed here are down to earth and have a good sense of humor which makes coming to work fun.
Cons
Nothing to add — keep up the great work.
