Pros
If you are looking for big name clients in a small/mid size agency that requires hard work, passion, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset, then Riley Hayes is your gold mine. Team work and respect across all departments, powerful creative and smart people is what has (happily) kept me at RH for 2+ years.
Cons
Lean staff means the work day is more than a 9-5, but that shouldn't be a shock to anyone working at an ad agency (or to anyone who wants to work at one).
