Pros

If you want to work for a company that strives to do its best to leave a lasting impact on the world, this is the place to be. No bad things to say about this place.

Cons

It’s a small company, but that has its own advantages and they are growing and quickly.

Pros

I have spent most of my entire career working for homeowners, general contractors, and developers. It does not matter, for the most part, the only priority that the parties mentioned above care about is the project's progress. Most do not care about you, your family, etc. That said, Riley Projects is unlike any construction firm that I have ever worked for. They really take an interest in their employees and treat them like an extended family. I am still in awe sometimes at how nice everyone is. They have a built in culture of team work and collaboration between the different departments within the company. Communication is really big and encouraged between all of the different employees from the newest hires to the CEO. The flexibility that they extend and the understanding that work/life is super important to everyone would be an understatement! When life calls, I have not felt pressured to put work in front of my family.

Cons

If there is or was a con, I think it would be that Riley Projects is a smaller boutique firm and as a result, continues to define and refine their governances and processes to make themselves a truly standout design/build firm for their employees, and current/future customers. At times this can feel cumbersome because of the energy and effort put into this to get a quality outcome, but I would say it's a great investment.

Pros

Working at Riley Projects has been interesting and exciting. The company always tries to think outside the box and push the boundaries of what is possible/ challenge the status quo in architecture and construction industry. The management is very transparent about the company standing and always gives insights into marketing, business and operational processes. And it has great people who are always open to have open conversations and who encourage your growth, personally and professionally.

Cons

As a small company, there are occasional pains of a growing company and at times lack of focus.
