Upper Management misleads employees with promises of advancement as well as talks about employees to other employees. The environment of working conditions are horrible. Covid spread through 3 employees and Upper Management didn’t care. No one cleans up , bathroom is nasty. Hires only females for collections and then talks about them inappropriately. You can smell sewage in the office . Bugs mosquitoes and gnats constantly in your way. The tire technicians are treated like slaves and talked to poorly. Loss business due to equipment not working for 3 weeks. Customers threatening you because they are being harassed, their payments are changing weekly and that’s because anyone can access the accounts and make changes. Upper management is the common problem and doesn’t allow you to communication with corporate . There’s no job security with this company.
