You'll always have work. Won't get laid off in winter when business slows. Profit Sharing Certified in house training Clean factory, work areas and lunch areas. Free coffee, chocolate milk (powdered packets) in lunch area. Occasional catering brought in.

Management lowkey toxic. Will throw out a bunch of business talk at you to basically say "I dont care"
