Thank you for sharing your feedback here. I sincerely appreciate your candidness and insights into your experience at rindus. Like everybody working at rindus, I value all perspectives, as they help us understand how to improve.
As the founder of rindus, I'd like to address some of the points you raised regarding growth opportunities:
1) Growth at rindus:
While direct contracts with clients (we call them "partners" to reflect our long-term approach) are possible, they aren't the only avenue for growth. I've seen many individuals at rindus take on new responsibilities, expand their skill sets, and progress professionally within our organization.
Perhaps you have yet to witness these changes firsthand, but I assure you, they're happening. The last changes of these kinds were announced in our weekly company meetings on May 15, 2024, April 17, 2024, or March 27, 2024. If you're interested in exploring growth opportunities within rindus, I encourage you to connect with your Team Captain for a more personalized discussion.
2) Changing Partners (Clients):
I believe in fostering long-term relationships with both our partners and team members. However, at rindus, we recognize that sometimes a change might be necessary for personal or professional growth. While prioritizing stability, we've constantly facilitated partner changes for team members when it aligns with their aspirations and the needs of both parties involved.
3) Our Business Model:
I understand your perspective on our business model. We indeed connect highly skilled and passionate individuals with our partners. Still, we strive to do so in a way that transcends traditional outsourcing. At rindus, we focus on building integrated teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring our team members are and feel valued and empowered.
4) Salary Raises:
While partner input is essential in determining salary raises, it's not the sole factor. At rindus, we consider various aspects, including individual performance, team dynamics, and overall company performance. We also invest in salary increases that aren't solely partner-driven when it's deemed necessary for the balance and well-being of our team members.
5) Fostering Happiness and Growth:
I sincerely believe that a positive work environment is crucial for both happiness and growth - and success. At rindus, we strive to create a supportive and engaging atmosphere where team members feel valued, have opportunities to learn and develop, and are encouraged to take ownership of their careers. While we're always looking to improve, I firmly believe our efforts go far beyond simply "pleasing people."
