Pros
Company cares about employees and do lots of small things throughout the year to let us know they care. (training that is not required like wellness, nutrition, heart health, free healthy snacks, gift cards, family picnics, shirts, safe workplace to be in, dinners, RX Safety Glasses Program, Safety Shoe Program) They ask for feedback on things we as employees want to see changed or implemented and then try to make it happen, Great people to work with.
Cons
Pro but a Con: because the company sometimes goes above and beyond, everybody expects so much and the things the company does is taken for granted; can't win for losing. Pro but a Con: not a lot of turnover so sometimes climbing the ladder takes a while if that is what you are looking for.
